By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.
For the purpose of these Terms:
1. "Applicant" means any individual, business, organization, or entity applying for verification, certification, or TrustMark services.
2. "Certified Entity" means an applicant that has successfully obtained an IBR TrustMark certification.
3. "TrustMark" means any badge, certificate, seal, logo, recognition, rating, or certification issued by IBR TrustMark.
4. "Services" means all verification, assessment, certification, trustmark, consultancy, compliance, and related services provided by IBR TrustMark.
You represent and warrant that:
1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You have legal authority to represent yourself or the organization applying for certification.
3. All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
IBR TrustMark reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
IBR TrustMark provides independent assessment and verification services based on internally established evaluation criteria.
Certification decisions are based on information available at the time of assessment and do not constitute:
1. A guarantee of business performance;
2. A guarantee of financial stability;
3. A guarantee of legal compliance;
4. A guarantee of future conduct;
5. An endorsement of products or services.
The TrustMark signifies that an entity satisfied applicable evaluation criteria during the assessment process. It should not be interpreted as a warranty or guarantee.
Applicants agree to:
1. Submit complete and accurate information.
2. Provide supporting documents when requested.
3. Cooperate during verification procedures.
4. Promptly notify IBR TrustMark of material changes affecting certification status.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate rejection, suspension, or revocation of certification.
Upon approval, a Certified Entity may display the TrustMark in accordance with IBR TrustMark guidelines.
The TrustMark:
1. Remains the intellectual property of IBR TrustMark.
2. May not be altered, modified, distorted, or misrepresented.
3. May only be used during the period of valid certification.
4. Must be removed immediately upon suspension, expiration, or revocation.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Certification remains valid only for the approved period specified by IBR TrustMark.
IBR TrustMark reserves the right to:
1. Conduct periodic reviews.
2. Request updated documentation.
3. Reassess certified entities.
4. Suspend or withdraw certification if required.
IBR TrustMark may suspend, cancel, or revoke certification if:
1. False information was submitted.
2. Material facts were concealed.
3. Certification requirements are no longer met.
4. Misuse of the TrustMark occurs.
5. Fraudulent, unethical, illegal, or deceptive activities are identified.
6. Fees remain unpaid.
The decision of IBR TrustMark regarding certification status shall be final.
Applicants agree to pay all applicable fees associated with:
1. Registration
2. Verification
3. Assessment
4. Certification
5. Renewal
6. Additional services
Unless otherwise stated:
1. Fees are non-refundable.
2. Certification fees do not guarantee approval.
3. Payments once processed shall not be reversed except where required by law.
All content on the Website including:
1. Logos
2. Trademarks
3. Designs
4. Text
5. Graphics
6. Databases
7. Reports
8. Methodologies
remain the exclusive property of IBR TrustMark and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Users shall not:
1. Violate any applicable law.
2. Upload malicious software.
3. Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
4. Interfere with Website operations.
5. Misrepresent certification status.
6. Use the Website for unlawful activities.
Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

IBR TrustMark makes no warranties regarding:

2. Accuracy of all information;

4. Future business performance of certified entities.
All express and implied warranties are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBR TrustMark shall not be liable for:

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the applicant for the relevant service.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless IBR TrustMark, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
1. Breach of these Terms;
2. Misrepresentation of information;
3. Misuse of certification;
4. Violation of law.
Information submitted during certification shall be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is:
1. Required by law;
2. Required by regulatory authorities;
3. Necessary for verification purposes;
4. Authorized by the applicant.
We reserve the right to:
1. Modify the Website;
2. Suspend services;
3. Restrict access;
4. Remove content;
without prior notice.
IBR TrustMark may terminate access to the Website or Services at any time if these Terms are violated.
Termination shall not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussions.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
IBR TrustMark reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Website.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
